Withdrawal from the Contract without giving reasons

If you have changed your mind, you may withdraw from the purchase within 14 days of receipt of the product without giving any reason. The detailed conditions for exercising the right of withdrawal without giving any reason are set out in the General Terms and Conditions

You may notify us of your intention to withdraw in writing by one of the following means:

1. Submission of a withdrawal statement: Download the Model Withdrawal/Termination Form, then send it to us by post (Ilcsi E-kereskedelmi Kft., H-1021 Budapest, Üdülő út 37, Hungary) or by e-mail to (customercare@ilcsi.com).
2. Clear statement of withdrawal: You may also notify us of your intention to withdrawal without using the model withdrawal statement. For this purpose, it is sufficient to send us a clear written statement by post to (Ilcsi E-kereskedelmi Kft., H-1021 Budapest, Üdülő út 37, Hungary) or by e-mail to (customercare@ilcsi.com).
